Ordered 4mm PVC sleeving.  I found the sleeving to be of high quality and was permit for my application.

Don't use tape to wrap sleeving for shipment. Had to remove adhesive with chemicals to get rid of sticky glue.
Use string or twine.
I gave you the same feedback on wire I bought from you last year.
